The dough is made entirely by hand, rolling it out on a stainless steel table and then using a knife to cut it which makes it particularly soft and delicate, a true triumph of quality! The flavours available are dark chocolate and IGP Piedmont hazelnut; white chocolate, IGP Piedmont hazelnut and almond; dark chocolate, IGP Piedmont hazelnut and ground coffee.
Hazelnut cake made with IGP Piedmont hazelnuts is a part of the Langa’s heritage. It was and still is the classic cake at ‘parties’ to be eaten enthusiastically with a glass of good moscato wine. Our product range also includes a chocolate version and a delicious cake made with chestnut flour.
