The site offers online sales of food products in accordance with Italian law, and in particular D.Lgs. 70/2003 relative to ecommerce and D.Lgs. 206/2005 with specific reference to the regulations regarding distance contracts.
Where the contract is made via the internet but the physical delivery is made using traditional channels, the indirect ecommerce is treated in the same way as mail order. These sales are not subject to either the requirement for an invoice to be issued (as allowed for under article 22, comma 1, n.1) or the requirement for a receipt note for tax purposes, or receipt (in accordance with article 2, letter o) of Dpr n.696 of 1996.

By opening or using the website, the customer agrees to be legally bound by the terms and conditions indicated below. BLANGHE SNC wants to be as open as possible with the customer, and so any future modifications or new conditions of sale with be notified promptly on this web page and will apply from the moment they are published on the site.
By accessing and using the site, the customer (the user who accesses the site and uses the service will from here on be referred to as the ‘User’) declares that they agree to periodically check this agreement to comply with any successive changes. The placement of an order by the customer implies the acceptance of the sale conditions which are in place at that point in time.

Fulfilment of the contract

The order sent by the customer to BLANGHE SNC via the blanghe.it website must be fully completed and must contain the information needed to identify the customer and the products ordered as well as details of the point of delivery, else it will be invalid. Blanghe will send confirmation of receipt of the order (including the various details of the products ordered) via email to the customer and, at the discretion of B.LANGHE SNC, may enclose additional information (such as additional advertising information relevant to the products offered by B.LANGHE SNC, or periodic newsletters).
The customer must check the order confirmation and notify Blanghe immediately via email if there are any errors, otherwise the information contained in the order confirmation will be applied to the contract. Blanghe reserves the right to accept or refuse the order and to deal with it within agreed timescales.

Prices and payment methods

Products will be sent out from September to April.

The prices applied are those shown on the site at the time of the order from the customer. Prices of individual products are subject to change and therefore the prices shown on the website substitute all previous figures making them null and void. The price of the product purchased together with the delivery costs can be paid by the customer online at the time of the order by credit card, Paypal or bank transfer. If the customer chooses to make a bank transfer, the payment must arrive in Blanghe’s account within 5 working days, after which a dispute will be initiated.

Always provide the order ID number given in the email sent to confirm the receipt of the order, in the payment reference field.

Returned Goods

The customer has the right to cancel the contract within 10 (ten) days of the receipt of the goods via a recorded delivery letter, and returning the goods within the next 15 (fifteen) days, without penalty or the need to specify a reason. This right expires after 10 days from the date of delivery. In the letter, customer must indicate the product or products which are being returned. Blanghe will reimburse the price of the goods being returned or replace the product. Goods are returned at cost of the customer. The customer is responsible for packaging the returned goods and will take all precautions necessary to safeguard them from any damage or alteration.
If the package is damaged on arrival, this should be brought to the attention of the courier and highlighted on the consignment note signed by both. B:LANGHE SNC reserves the right to refuse goods which arrive damaged or altered. We recommend that goods are returned using a courier or other suitable method to allow the delivery to be tracked, and insurance should always be taken. B.LANGHE SNC will not make any refunds if it does not receive the relevant delivery.
In the case of promotional offers where the goods are tied to a special offer where the second product is either a free gift or sold at a special price, the right of return only applies to the full priced product and both products must be returned together.

Guarantees and responsibility

Blanghe guarantees that the products delivered will be the same as those shown and described on the site. Due to changes in the packaging by the producer, the photos may not be exactly the same as the product sent out.

Contents warning

Blanghe adopts a policy of avoiding the publication of contents which describe or show scenes of physical or psychological violence or that could be held detrimental to civil beliefs, human rights or the dignity of people in all its forms and expressions. However Blanghe does not guarantee that the contents of the website are appropriate or legal in other countries, outside of Italy. Moreover, Blanghe has taken every possible precaution to ensure that the contents of blanghe.it are correct and do not contain inaccurate or out of date information at the time of their publication on the website, and wherever possible thereafter.
Moreover, Blanghe cannot guarantee the continuous operation of the website, without interruptions, errors or breakdowns due to connection to the internet.

Every dispute relating to the application, execution, interpretation and violation of the online contract between the customer and Blanghe comes under the Italian jurisdiction and, in relation to anything not expressly provided for in this agreement, regulations concerning distance contracts apply.

Delivery terms

Delivery times

The package will be shipped within 5 working days. Neither shipments nor deliveries will be made on Saturdays or Sundays.
You should always provide an address where you are sure that someone will be available to collect the package. If the package cannot be delivered, you will be liable for the costs of the return postage.

Privacy

In accordance with Dlgs 196/2003, personal data with be handled by B.LANGHE SNC according to principles of correctness, legitimacy, transparency and protection of privacy and the rights of the person to whom the data refers. We refer you to the information given by article 13 of Dlgs 196/2003.
