Ties with the territory are the root of everything. We have the good fortune to live and work in a special place, where taste is considered sacred. We are in Alba, the capital of the Langhe, in the heart of the best of Piedmont; all around us are vineyards where prestigious wines such as Barolo, Barbaresco and Moscato d’Asti are made; on these hills the most valuable truffl es in the world are hunted, and the trees which produce the hazelnuts we use for our recipes are cultivated. And we have put this devotion to taste into our collection of sweets.

Artisans of goodness

It is a story of taste which began in 1977 in a little pastry shop in Alba, and quickly won over he most sophisticated connoisseurs in Italy and the rest of the world. An exquisite difference that comes from:

  • the hazelnuts which are exclusively the Nocciola Tonda Gentile IGP from Piedmont, recognised by experts as the best in the world.
  • the cacao that is part of Piedmont’s great chocolate tradition.
  • the recipes that have been reinterpreted for modern tastes from traditional Langhe cookery.
